Brooklee & Abi
Teacher trainees
Hi, my name is Brooklee and I love teaching the different variations of the hundred today, and I also love learning the different ways to use bridges. Hi, my name is Abi and I enjoy learning the swan prep, swan dive, it actually was an exercise that taught me to, just made me learn more about my body as a person and then how I can go about teaching other women and men doing the exercise as well.
Hear from our trainees
Brooklee and Abi are training with the Institute. Brooklee teaches variations of the Hundred; Abi talks about how learning the Swan taught her about her own body, and how to teach it to others.
Weekends run Friday 6 to 9 PM, then Saturday and Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM with an hour for lunch, in the studio.
You'll pass both a written and a practical exam at the end of your program. Workbooks and a digital learning platform support you between weekends.
Both. The program is grounded in the classical repertoire, with contemporary approaches for adapting exercises to different bodies and goals.
